New McCain Commercial bashing Obama fogetting Hispanics

McCain add that came out showing that Obama forgot the Latin American countries is a bit of a stretch for me. Although I will agree that the Obama campaign has a long way to go to clear the rift it has with the Hispanic voters. Statistically over the years the Hispanic vote would not vote for a black person and even really a democrat. Let see if this commercial does anything to hurt the Obama campaign.

obama for offshore drilling

Obama has now come out in favor of offshore drilling. He changed from his original stance of being against it. The house and senate parties were at a deadlock fighting over the rights to overturn the presidential mandate. I for one am happy that Mr. Obama is for this and believe that it was very well said why he is now for offshore drilling.

“We can’t drill our way out of the problem,” he said. But, he added, “I also recognize that in the House and the Senate, there are Republicans who have very clear ideas about what they want, and at some point people are going to have to make some decisions. Do we want to keep on arguing, or are we going to get some things done?”

I am glad to see that he is willing to come to a compromise. Someone has to step forward here and cross the isle to bring people together. I also agree with Mr. Obama when he says that this should not be the only solution. We should start expanding other renewable sources of energy and stop this dependence on oil.

Of course the McCain party has come out taking credit for leading the way in offshore drilling. Now I would not go that far I believe that it was President Bush that had the idea Mr. McCain.

The debabte agreement is made

Mr. Obama has finally agreed to the debates. The only problem is there is only three. Now here is what I am wondering. Doesn’t Obama care about the news media that has cradled to him since the start. he should not of only agreed to 3 but at least 3 more. Think of all the advertising revenue it would had brought to those stations that care about him winning this election. As we all know though more than three debates is a risk for Obama. The man is a spectacular speaker. Honestly no puns about it. He really is a good speaker. Put him in the forum though were he is not ready for questions and see where he will end up. In three debates they will be able to answer the questions that we already know the text book answer to. give them both though a couple more and get down to the questions that we Americans really care about and then lets see what answers we get from both of them. Either way I look forward to these debates not matter how few of them there are.
